All orders placed before 2:00 PM (local time) on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Processing includes order verification, packaging, and preparing shipments for dispatch.

Local Delivery
For customers located within Delaware County, we offer same-day local delivery for orders placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after this time will be delivered the next business day. Local delivery fees apply and vary by location.
Returns, Changes, and Cancellations
