Customers can earn delcoins from loyalty rewards and when they purchase eligible products from our website or app. Customers may redeem their points for partial payment or accumulate points to earn a higher loyalty ranking for higher rewards.

You earn delcoins when you buy an eligible product. For example, the Gold Tip Rolling Paper Kits can earn you points. (This will vary with promotions and/or seasonally). You also earn points from loyalty rewards.

Delcoin Loyalty is based on how frequent you shop, what you buy, how often you log in, etc. Depending on your loyalty, you will earn loyalty rewards.

Loyalty rewards are ranks (based off of current point balance) and badges (based on point history and Delco Loyalty). Earning ranks and badges unlocks coupons for fixed dollar amounts, products, or points.

You started earning points on March 31, 2025 for logging in or creating an account. However, the full rewards program will begin September 30, 2025.

All products are eligible and will vary seasonally or with new promotions as more products get added.

No, your Delcoins do not expire. However, if you delete your account, then you will lose your points. Also, if you spam our website, then you will lose points. For example, for every spam comment or review, 10 points will be deducted.

Yes, currently, points are based on eligible products’ prices. There is a current point balance limit of 100,000 points per customer’s account. We will adjust this as we see fit.

All eligible products will show the points to be earned on the product’s description, in the cart, and at the checkout.

Customers may redeem their points for partial payment at checkout or accumulate points to earn a higher loyalty ranking for higher rewards. Customers can turn 10 points into 1 US dollar for partial payment when checking out. There is a maximum amount of 25% off cart total when redeeming points for partial payment. Coupons for fixed amounts (US currency) and bonus points will be automatically awarded depending on the ranking or badge unlocked.

Only one coupon can be applied at a time. You may either use a coupon or partial payment, but not both at the same time.

Yes, when checking out, the partial payment discount can be applied to any products in your cart. Only certain products can earn you points though.
